Most of the world’s precious metals and gemstones are mined and processed in horrendous working conditions by people who are paid wages that are inadequate for even the most basic standard of living. Worldwide, about two million child labourers are exploited within this industry.1

We work exclusively with suppliers who guarantee health and safety standards for their workers, do not hire child labour, and pay fair wages.

We also donate 10 per cent of our profits to health, education and development projects which support the communities with whom we trade.
