Most of the world’s precious metals and gemstones are mined and processed in horrendous working conditions by people who are paid wages that are inadequate for even the most basic standard of living. Worldwide, about a million child labourers are exploited within this industry.¹

We work exclusively with suppliers who maintain good health and safety standards, do not hire child labour, and pay fair wages.

10 per cent of our profits are pledged to health, education and development projects which support the communities with whom we trade.
