Taxes and import duties

Ingle & Rhode is VAT-registered (registration number GB906521344), and as such we are required to charge VAT at 15% on orders shipped within the EC. The EC is composed of the following territories:

Austria including Jungholtz and Mittelberg, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus (Southern), Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France including Monaco and Corsica, Germany, Greece, Hungary, The Republic of Ireland, Italy including Sardinia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal including Madeira and the Azores, Romania, Spain including the Balearic Islands (Majorca, Ibiza & Menorca), Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Sweden, the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland).

All other territories are outside the EC, including:

Aland Islands (FI), Andorra, Canary Islands (ES), Ceuta (ES), Channel Islands (UK), Cyprus (Northern), Faroe Islands, French Guiana (FR), Gibraltar (UK), Guadeloupe (FR), Iceland, Isle of Heligoland (DE), Liechtenstein Martinique (FR), Melilla (ES),
Miquelon (FR), Mount Athos (EL), Norway, Reunion (FR), San Marino, St Pierre (FR), and Switzerland.

Orders shipped outside the EC are eligible for Duty Free prices, but may be liable for import duty. Please note that the payment of any import duty owed is the responsibility of the recipient of the order and not Ingle & Rhode Ltd.

Shipping

Most of our jewellery is made to order which normally takes two to three weeks from start to finish. However, occasionally it can take up to five weeks. If you need your jewellery to be shipped in less than five weeks, please contact us before placing your order. We will always do our best to meet your requirements. If we have your chosen item in stock, it will be shipped on receipt of your order.

If you place an order through this website, it will be shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery if you live in the UK for delivery the next day. If you live outside the UK, your order will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For, and will arrive within five days of dispatch. Insurance is included in the cost of shipping.

Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your Ingle & Rhode jewellery.

In the unlikely event that you find a fault with it, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

In the absence of any fault with your jewellery, we will still accept returns, provided that they are dispatched to us in perfect condition, and in the original packaging, within 7 days of you having received your order. Please note that bespoke jewellery cannot be returned. The cost of shipping is not refundable.

We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods and therefore recommend that items be sent by recorded delivery.
