Returns

We hope that you will be absolutely delighted with your Ingle & Rhode jewellery. If, for any reason, this is not the case, you can return any item purchased through this website for a full refund, provided that the item is received by us in perfect condition, in the original packaging, and within 30 days of you having received your order. If you wish to return an item, please contact us.

We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods and therefore recommend that items be sent by recorded delivery. The cost of return shipping is not refundable.

Please note that bespoke items (including any items that cannot be ordered on this website) and items that have been altered or customised, including engraved items or resized items, cannot be returned.

Shipping

We offer free shipping worldwide.

Within the UK, we ship by Royal Mail Special Delivery, and for deliveries outside the UK, we use FedEx.

Both these services allow you to track your package during transit. They also mean that your jewellery is fully insured during transit and that the package must be signed for on delivery.

Deliveries within the UK are next day. FedEx deliveries to European countries typically take up to 3 working days. Deliveries to destinations outside of Europe typically take between 3-5 working days.

Please note that very occasionally, international shipments may get held in customs. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, though we will always do whatever we can to facilitate their swift release. Please contact us for further information.

Packaging

Your order will be delivered in discreet, plain outer packaging, but inside, your jewellery will be beautifully and securely presented in a luxurious black leather ring box, subtly embossed with the Ingle & Rhode logo.

Taxes and import duties

Ingle & Rhode is VAT-registered in the United Kingdom (registration number GB906521344), and as such, we are required to charge VAT at 20% on orders shipped within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands).

Orders shipped to the Channel Islands or outside the UK are eligible for VAT-free prices.

Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to import duties or other customs charges. Please note that the payment of any import duties or other customs charges is the responsibility of the recipient of the order and not Ingle & Rhode Ltd. Please consult your national customs authorities for the latest rates.
