Radiant Cut Diamonds
Radiant cut diamonds combine the octagonal outline of the emerald cut with the life (sparkle), fire (refraction) and brilliance (reflection) of a round brilliant cut, making for stunning and quite unusual engagement rings.

The radiant cut is a relatively recent invention, first created by Henry Grossbard in 1977 with 61 facets (excluding eight girdle facets) and combine step-cutting with some triangular faceting.
The ideal proportions of a radiant cut diamond are generally considered to be when the length of the diamond is about 1½ times greater than its width. Of course, this is really just a matter of opinion, and indeed you may find different proportions more attractive or better suited to the engagement ring design you have in mind. As with all diamonds, we strongly recommend that you view them in person so that you can make your own assessment.
Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or to discuss commissioning a radiant cut diamond ring.
